When we are young we think we have all the time of the world. What a mistake. I started training at a mature age. And because of this, I was very conscious of the limit of time with all it's consequences. Time brings consequences. Our bodies do not work the same. Even our minds are affected by it.  For that reason I was in a big hurry to learn, to do, to accomplish certain goals. Not everything came as plan and my hurriedness had consequences as well. But, that is past history. The message I want to convey is one. And it is, the important fact that we have only today to train.  If we leave for tomorrow or some other day in the future to start, that day might not come or the opportunity to train will be closed. If we were training, and decided to take a break, we risk not been able to start again. Life is complicated, I know that so well.  For you dear reader a remainder: We have only today! MCR
